We plan and oversee your entire event from start to finish!

Full-service wedding planning

$ 5,400 - $ 8,400

(pricing is determined by guest count, location, number of

vendors & scope of the decor)

Couples typically require this package at the onset of planning.

This package is for the couple who may feel overwhelmed by the planning process, have very little time to plan their dream wedding (because planning can become a full-time job!), or want the guidance of a professional throughout the planning process from start to finish.  

Package Includes: 

  • Budget planning.

  • Ceremony and venue research & scouting, making appointments for tours, and attending on-site tours with the couple and vendors.

  • Two-three meetings (in-person or Zoom)- one of which will be a venue walk-through with the couple. We want to learn your vision inside and out!

  • Two-three professional planners working on the event date to manage your day.

  • Complete day-of wedding day management (up to 10 hours).

  • Website development & maintenance (including 8 updates).

  • Full theme & design creation.

  • Complete tablescape design.

  • Complete stationery & favor design.

  • Set-up of all elements and decorations, ensuring your design concept is achieved. 

  • Vendor research & recommendations, which may include but is not limited to: the officiant, entertainment, caterer, photography, and rentals.

  • Liaise with vendors to coordinate set-up & breakdown, deliveries, attire, timeline, and payments.

  • Secure transportation & shuttles.

  • Research and secure hotel room blocks.

  • Two-hour wedding rehearsal.

  • Organize and implement a timeline for the day.

  • Create a wedding checklist that includes all details of the wedding day and rehearsal. 

  • Compile all vendor contact information & coordinate and confirm arrival times. 

  • Review all rentals for specifics, including delivery times & pick-up.

  • Greet vendors as the point of contact: distribute final payment and gratuities to vendors- this way, no one is bothering you!

  • Assist with organizing seating: escort cards, place cards & table numbers.

  • Direct ushers with seating & program distribution.

  • Assist with bridal party line-up: handing out bouquets, pinning corsages, and cueing music and officiant.

  • Direct guests via timeline for cocktails, dinner, cake, and dancing.

  • Coordinate and direct reception events, including special dances, thank you announcements, toasts, & the bouquet toss.

  • Lighting candles and keeping them lit

  • Monitor public areas to look neat and orderly throughout the event.

  • Regular contact with the planning team via email and phone.

  • Secure the couple's belongings at the end of the event, including personal belongings and decor.

  • Creation & delivery of hotel welcome bags.

  • Creation, installation & maintenance of restroom amenity baskets.

Professional Assistance Along the Way!

Partial-Service wedding planning

Couples typically require this package six months prior to the event date. However, to ensure availability, the couple may book at any time in their wedding planning process. 

This package is for the couple who wants to plan their wedding but would prefer some professional assistance, design advice, and direction along the way.

Couples have typically booked their ceremony and reception venues but may need assistance securing additional vendors, working out the wedding-day logistics, organizing details, and executing the couple's concept the day of.

Package Includes: 

  • Budget planning.

  • Two-three meetings (in-person or Zoom)- one of which will be a venue walk-through with the couple. We want to learn your vision inside and out!

  • Two-three professional planners working on the event date to manage your day.

This package is for the couple that has already done most of the wedding, but needs someone to bring to fruition all of their hard-made plans and wants to be stress-free on their wedding day.

Couples have typically booked their ceremony and reception venues but may need assistance securing additional vendors, working out the wedding-day logistics, organizing details, and executing the couple's concept the day of.

sweet & simple day-of wedding planning

Couples typically require this package 6-8 weeks prior to the event date. However, to ensure availability, the couple may book at any time in their wedding planning process. 

This package is for the couple that has planned a sweet and simple wedding celebration and is interested in having a lead in the wedding day set-up and coordination of all of the vendors. This would be the ideal package for couples interested in an elopement.

The planner's time on-premise is typically 3-5 hours to execute set-up, ceremony, cocktail hour, and introductions.

Package Includes: 

  • One-two meetings (in-person or Zoom)- one of which will be a venue walk-through with the couple. We want to learn your vision inside and out!

  • One-two professional planners working on the event date to manage your day.

  • Up to five hours of wedding day preparations on the wedding day.

  • Assist with set-up and styling of the following elements: escort cards, table numbers, favors, guest book & gift table.

  • Organize and implement a timeline for the day.

  • Create a wedding checklist that includes all details of the wedding day and rehearsal. 

  • Compile all vendor contact information & coordinate and confirm arrival times. 

  • Greet vendors as the point of contact: distribute final payment and gratuities to vendors- this way, no one is bothering you!

  • Direct ushers with seating & program distribution.

Bride and Groom

We Set Up Your Day so You Don't Have to!

by-the-hour wedding planning

$75 per hour for one set-up designer or

$140 per hour for two set-up designers

Couples typically require this package 4 weeks prior to the event date. However, to ensure availability, the couple may book at any time in their wedding planning process. 

This package is for the couple that has completed their wedding planning but is looking for assistance on their wedding day to set up all of their decor.

The planner's time on-premise is typically 3-5 hours to execute set-up. Travel fees may apply.

This package works best for events where the venue offers an on-site coordinator. Couples find this package invaluable because we offer an increased knowledge of design, creative flare, and personal touches.

In addition to event set-up, we offer the following added assistance to couples who book this package, billed at the hourly rate:

  • Design consultation.

  • Comprehensive theme design.

  • Research & secure decor items prior to the event date.
